However, an insulated cover isn’t such an important consideration for your inflatable portable hot tub spa because it’s not intended for below freezing temperatures.

Rolling Covers- as you probably guessed, this just rolls off the tub so this makes it an easy one person job! These covers fit great and are as capable of retaining heat as insulating covers. Rolling covers are usually made of wood or foam. Again, what makes these an unlikely option for inflatables is that the cost of the cover can eclipse the cost of the spa.

Soft Covers- this is likely the best option for your inflatable. They may not be the best quality covers but they are certainly economical. They’re also lightweight and easy to fold for storage. You can get a good  quality soft cover for about 100.00 US.

The good news is that any high quality inflatable hot tub will come with a hot tub cover. A few models actually come with inflatable hot tub covers which will guide rain over the sides and prevent it from contaminating your hot tub. This means your warm water haven won’t need to be refilled as often.
