Of course, this is only applicable if you intend on using your pool for a short period of time. If your pool is going to be in one place for more than a little while, then you’re going to need to stock it up with chlorine.

Portable pools are as portable as you want them to be, but you need to be conscious of the water that you’re going to use each time you fill it up. Don’t take your portable pool out for an afternoon at a friend’s house. On the other end of the scale, it isn’t a good idea to leave your pool set up for a long time, either. If you do, you’re going to need to look at pool cleaning and at that rate you may as well get a fixed, above-ground pool.
